Our Design Process We arrange a suitable time for an onsite meeting with you to understand your vision, determine needs and discuss budget. As every project is different a design fee proposal will be provided following the initial brief.
- After approval of the Design Proposal a Site Analysis will be conducted. This includes gathering site measurements, assessing conditions and collecting reference photos. You will received your scaled 2D Concept Plan and any visuals included in the design package. The 2D Concept Plan will detail proposed hard materials and outline the planting scheme. This is followed by an onsite meeting or phone call to discuss the plans and seek your feedback. Once the Concept plan is agreed to the final document including Plant Schedule, Planting Plan, Materials palette and set-out plans (if applicable) are created.
- Following approval of the final Plan, you are ready to seek quotations from Landscape Construction teams. We can recommend our preferred contractors and can assist reviewing quotes against budget and recommend changes if necessary. We enjoy working closely with contractors and visit during construction to assist with any onsite changes that may be required and answer any design questions that may arise.
